Incentives

Mapua University accepts the following DepEd vouchers for incoming Grade 11 students:

Automatic Qualified Learners (Public School Grant)	Php 22,500.00
Educational Service Contracting (ESC) Certificate)	Php 18,000.00
Qualified Voucher Applicant (QVA) Certificate	Php 18,000.00

Requirements

Graduated Grade 10 from Public School	ESC Grantee	QVR/QVA Grantee
Photocopy of student's Grade 10 Report Card signed by the Principal (Front & Back)	ESC certificate from student's Grade 10 school signed by the Principal with the School dry seal Photocopy of student's Grade 10 Report Card signed by the Principal (Front & Back) Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate 2x2 ID Picture (1pc)	Voucher downloaded from PEAC Photocopy of student's Grade 10 Report Card signed by the Principal (Front & Back) Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate 2x2 ID Picture (1pc)

Submit the copy of ESC certificate, QVR/QVA voucher or Grade 10 report card at scholarships@mapua.edu.ph
For the Hard copy of requirements, submit it to Mapua CSFA Office at 658 Muralla St., Intramuros, Manila, 1002, Philippines
