Engineering Technology is a program designed for students to develop and implement engineering and technology solutions, typically on engineering careers in manufacturing firms, industries, constructions, project development, and product improvement.
A certificate in Engineering Technology shall be given after completing the Engineering Technology program. All courses in the specific Engineering Technology program are credited in its corresponding BS in Engineering degree program. The student, after completing the Engineering Technology program has two options:
A. Should the student decide not to continue with the BS in Engineering degree program, a certificate in Engineering Technology shall be given after completing the Engineering Technology program.
B. Should the student decide to continue with the corresponding BS in Engineering degree program to earn a diploma in BS in Engineering degree, the courses that the student shall take are those starting from the 10th term of the BET – BS in Engineering ladderized program
