Benefits
- A 25% discount on tuition and laboratory fees is extended to a child or children of regular employee of a YGC or Ayala company. A list of eligible YGC and Ayala Companies can be accessed here: LINK
Qualifications
- Has undergone the Mapúa Program Placement Assessment (MPASS) for incoming freshmen;
- Open to incoming SHS and Freshmen and currently enrolled students (Batch 2008 onwards) who are legitimate children of permanent employees of YGC companies
Requirements
- Accomplished application form/waiver together with the certification from the HRD Head that the applicant is a permanent employee of good standing with the company
- Original/photocopy of student's birth certificate
- Original/photocopy of marriage certificate of YGC employee
- Employee ID
- Certificate of employment
Responsibilities of the grantee
- Must accomplish the promotional discount application form/waiver prior to every enrollment period
- The HRD Head of the YGC or Ayala Company shall properly validate the application form.
The accomplished and validated application form/waiver must be submitted to Mapua’s HR Department for corresponding validation at least one (1) week before the start of the on-campus enrollment. - The validated form is then forwarded to Mapua’s Center for Scholarship and Financial Assistance (CSFA) for final validation and confirmation of the discount.
- The validation shall take place before payment of matriculation during enrollment for every term.
To continuously avail of the discount, an applicant must submit a renewal form before enrollment.
